Founded in 2015, Tranche of Life LLC began with late hours, a home-certified kitchen, and an uncompromising commitment to craft. Every morning starting at 6:00, we delivered fresh goods to various stores across Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
As we grew, we brought our concept directly to the community at the farmers markets in Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach. The response was humbling—customers queued up before our stand opened, and we sold out at virtually every event.
Following the disruptions of the pandemic, I stepped back into the corporate culinary world, taking on roles in established companies across Virginia. That period proved invaluable, deepening my immersion in American culture and business operations.
Today, that blend of rigorous local experience and hardened resilience fuels my absolute conviction in our next chapter: a permanent brick-and-mortar location designed to scale.
